Hazard Fee (HF)
Additional charge of $70 to clean up human or animal blood, vomit, feces, or urine. Your crew will reach out if they encounter any of these items.
Tips & Recommendations
- Eliminate clutter so you can effectively clean all surfaces
- Find a good place for pets
- Leave out bedding & clean towels that you want to change
If your home hasn’t had a professional cleaning in 6+ months, we recommend going with our Deep Cleaning.
If a lack of maintenance exists, you’ll need a bit more elbow grease and possibly 2nd, 3rd or even 4th treatments. The extra labor will require added time and costs so please be candid about your needs.
Please Note:
We pride ourselves on communicating well with our clients. Please tell us what you want from the beginning so that we can make notes for your job in our system. If you have a list please email it to us or leave it for the cleaning crew. If you have pet peeves let us know. And, above all, if you have an issue just let us know so that we can fix it asap.
Custom house cleaning services are also available.

Disclaimer
Floors are only vacuumed and mopped. If the unit requires floor scrubbing / stripping or waxing please be sure to discuss this on your quote request or during your communication with our office prior to the cleaning visit.
Blinds are wiped / dusted with a feather duster. If the blinds require a full detailed cleaning, please let us know so we may provide you with the approximate cost / time as blinds can require much of a longer time to properly clean them. Some blinds require for them to be removed from the rod and washed in tub in order to do a better job at cleaning them, if this is the case, please know that we cannot be held liable for damages to blinds during the cleaning. If the blinds are in critical conditions sometimes its more cost effective to replace them than to wash them.
Please know that we are not experts in cleaning radiators. We can simply wipe with a degreaser to remove dust accumulated where easily accessible without harming our employee’s hands. We will vacuum underneath and behind radiators where possible. However, we cannot guarantee a full cleaning of radiators.
