I understand and agree that it is my responsibility to comply with the company's cleaning methods and standards.
I understand and accept that it is my responsibility to read, understand and master what areas are cleaned and how they are cleaned in each home.
I understand and accept that I cannot perform work other than that previously agreed upon by the client with the company.
I understand and agree that you charge a flat fee for each home.
I understand and accept that if I leave the work incomplete I will have to return to finish it and 10% will be deducted from my payment for that house.
Understanding and accepting that if any client wants something different or extra, he/she will have to request it by phone or email to the company and I will be more than willing to provide the client with phone numbers and/or email addresses.
I understand and agree that if any customer wants something different or extra and has not contacted the company, I will contact the company at that time and follow the instructions given by the company.
I understand and agree that I cannot accept any payment from the client without the consent of the company.
I understand and agree that I may not disclose or use any company and/or client information for my personal and/or professional benefit.
I understand and agree that I may not disclose any company and/or client information to any third party (any person or entity other than Sunshine Cleaning Services Ltd Liability Co).
I understand and accept that my relationship with clients is solely through the company.
I understand and accept that the company's clients cannot, and will not be able to be my direct clients or through third parties (any person or entity other than Sunshine Cleaning Services Ltd Liability Co).
I understand and agree that everything described above applies for the duration of my contract with the company and for up to 6 years after my contract with the company has ended.
I understand and agree that to terminate this contract I must give written and signed notice 15 days in advance.
